What’s the refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable; however, they are transferable. Please contact our team at swap@likdo.asia to change the name on the ticket. 


Do I have to bring my printed ticket / ID card to the event?
To get your wristband at the door, you must bring a nominative ticket confirmation (ticket QR) AND your
valid ID card ( a copy of your ID also works).


Are there any age limits?
All ages are welcome; however, anyone under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or nominated guardian.
Attendee who is under 18 trying to enter without an accompanying adult will be turned away. 


Can I update my registration information?

Can I bring my own food/drinks?
You can bring some snacks but bringing your own drinks is NOT permitted and cooking is prohibited on the whole site. Alcohol/drinks cannot be brought into the event.A security team will check your bags on both entries to the garden and to the cave; any alcohol found will be confiscated.

There are fully licensed bars available for you within the event, food will be provided at any time during the whole event as well, with vegan options available.


Is there a convenience store on-site? 
The festival is surrounded by a village with a lot of
convenient stores and restaurants.


Are there any lockers on site? 
No, we do not provide lockers on site.
However, you could leave your stuff and belongings at the hotel.


Can I leave the site and then come back in? 
Yes, you will be allowed to re-enter the Equation site as long as you have a valid wristband on.


What time is the gate open? 
The gate is always opened between Friday 5th April 1:00pm to Sunday 7th April 6:00pm


Can I stay on Sunday night? 
Yes of course.However,
the festival will end at 17.30 PM on Sunday

Can I apply as a DJ for the next Equation?
We are already fully booked for the next edition, please do not send any DJ applications. Also, Equation is a community that works on relations, we will first prioritize our friends when it comes to making a line-up, that’s also why we won’t accept any spontaneous applications.

Is accomodation included in my ticket?

No,accommodation is not included.

We highly recommend booking as soon as possible as there is limited space around the cave and we do not to provide any type of accommodation.

When I arrive, can I set up my tent anywhere?
No , we no longer provide tent service.


Are there shuttle buses to Equation site? 
There will be buses provided by Equation.
